TCS Track & Field Foundation Begins

Track & Field was officially announced to become a program at Trinity Christian School on March 26, 2012. The first practice was held in the winter of 2013 in January for both the middle school and high school programs.

Trinity Lions Track & Field Program

Coach JP Weaver is the Head Track & Field Coach for both the Middle School and High School programs. “There is a great amount of positive energy around campus about this sport. It’s a privilege to have the ability to offer student athletes the opportunity to compete at the highest level in an universal sport.” The program will teach student athletes, our coaching staff, and parent volunteers life lessons, character values, competitive skills, and how to build towards becoming a successful team. Most importantly, the program’s top goal will be working together to run the race as a marathon, building the foundation one day at a time.

If you have any questions regarding the program, please email Trinity Track & Field Head Coach JP Weaver at jp.weaver@tcslions.org

Don’t you know that the runners in a stadium all race, but only one receives the prize? Run in such a way to win the prize.  Now everyone who competes exercises self-control in everything. However, they do it to receive a crown that will fade away, but we a crown that will never fade away.
